At Teammate MGMT, we believe that your representation should feel like a good teammate. Teammate was founded by two former teammates, Parth Shukla and Manny Moton, who understand that a successful relationship prioritizes trust, communication, and accountability. 

We are a boutique agency focused on high-touch representation as well as both long-term and short-term career development, based in Atlanta. We are currently building classes of Teammates for 2026-2027 and beyond. 

About Parth:

Parth is a former collegiate wide receiver, playing at St. Olaf College before going on to receive his degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Drexel University. He currently works as a consultant at a top global consulting firm and is pursuing his MBA at the University of Florida. Parth has worked across multiple industries in consulting, supporting strategic planning and operations initiatives, prior to this chapter at Teammate.

About Manny:

Manny is a former collegiate quarterback, playing for and receiving his degree in Business Marketing at Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN. He then went on to obtain his Master’s in Sports law and business law from Arizona State University. In addition to experiences at multiple sports agencies, he also worked under his father’s tutelage as a financial planner prior to this chapter at Teammate.
